On Thursday, May 8th, 2008 at 7pm a San Francisco Town Hall Meeting was held in the Conservatory of Flowers of Golden Gate Park. A panelist of speakers was present to inform the public why we need to OPPOSE the aerial spraying of California against the misclassifid LBAM (Light Brown Apple Moth). This is the twelfth in a series of thirteen videos. This video features John Russo, founder of StopTheSpray.org and author of the petition, currently signed by over 25,000 people from Monterey to Marin County. John believes in the importance of information for making informed decisions, and above all, people's right to control what happens to their own bodies. The petition and the forum on his website give every individual a chance to have a voice. John lives in Carmel Valley, where he grows lavender, raises bees, and generally tries to stay out of trouble.
