Drivers won't have to worry about paying more money during rush-hour, as plans for a 'congestion toll' on the Golden Gate Bridge have been abandoned.

At a hearing Thursday, officials discussed a proposal that would add a congestion charge to the Doyle Drive roadway leading up to the bridge, and do away with a $1 discount for FasTrak commuters.
